Oh my goodness! What a crazy week! Joel’s parents and sister came out to help with some major house renovation projects. Thanks to their hard work, we got so many things done. It’s so exciting to see progress! Who knew that our poor, mistreated house had so much charming potential? Joel has a few photos up on his Flickr photostream with more coming soon.
The shop has been keeping me super busy too! My pink mug cozy was chosen for the Mother’s Day Gift Guide and my green cozy was featured on the front page making orders pretty steady. I have two custom orders to start soon and I am so excited about them! (Hint: cables knits and legwarmers!)

Our hyacinths and daffodils are all blooming and it looks like our tulips will be soon. Tonight I am going to start our temporary inside garden, seeds that we’ll start inside and then transplant when they get bigger. We picked out all kinds of oranges and reds; our little gardens will be so colorful! I can’t wait!
