Speaking of NPR, on his way home from work Joel heard an interview with members from the band Besnard Lakes and we’ve been listening to them ever since! They’re something between 90s shoegaze and indie pop with a slash of Beach Boys harmonies…
I wasn’t able to find any official videos from their new album, but I found this gorgeous “amateur” video from Japan. So you can hear them a bit for yourself!
I think they make great knitting music!
