Remember how I said the weather here was suppose to be wonderful this week? Well, it’s even more beautiful than I thought it would be! Cors loves napping in the sunshine and barking at the quick little chipmunks that are running around. I love having the windows open and I’m itching to get our garden planted! We have less land here than we had in Greenville, so we’re going to try container gardening.
We brought our potted plants with us, a pretty habanero and our crazy-big rosemary plant. And we’re planning to grow: parsley, basil, chives, lemongrass, cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, and maybe even some berries. Excited!
It’s not going to be a dream garden, but it’ll be fun! Someday I’d love to have a beautiful garden/outdoor living area and host some lovely parties for friends!

I love fresh veggies, but love taking care of flowers just a little bit more! I have a huge geranium, a beautiful jasmine plant, the sweetest rose (great story there, I’ll have to write a post about it sometime), and I have these big wonderful flower pots that I’m saving for pretty flowers. Our front porch needs some color I think!
