I’m about to bake a batch of cookies and I remembered that I need to tell you about these wonderful scone mixes that I was lucky enough to sample a week or so ago. I got to make the wonderful Cherry Cream Cheese mix and if you’re trying to pick just one I would definitely go with that one! They made the house smell amazing while they were baking and they tasted even better! I made mine in my scone pan, mostly because I don’t use it as often as I should, but I love the idea of making a round loaf and serving beautiful wedges with dabs of butter like in the photos.
