One of my absolute favorite magazines is ReadyMade and the issue that arrived yesterday is the one of their best ones ever! From the second I saw the beautiful table of contents I knew it was a special issue. I flipped through a few pages and kept finding projects that I wanted to try right away.
We actually tried one of the salsa recipes on page 53 last night and it’s amazing! Joel made the Tomatillo Avocado Salsa which is more like a salsa/guacamole hybrid and SO good! (In fact I’m snacking on it with some chips right now!) We had friends coming over so we only used one serrano chiles, the recipe calls for 4, but one was perfect even for the spicy-loving.
