I’m not sure how many of you are following the World Cup but we’re pretty mad for it at my house! Since it’s being held in South Africa this time around, the time difference means we’re able to catch the first half of the first match over breakfast. At work I keep an eye on the day’s scores and in the evening we’re sure to watching one of the day’s matches. Thank goodness for DVR! So when I was thinking about this today’s outfit post, my thoughts were (predictably?) drawn to what I’d wear if I were lucky enough to have a ticket to a World Cup match!
I have a soft spot for the USA this year, but I’m primarily an Ireland and then an Italia fan. (Ireland didn’t make it to the Cup this time around, sad day.) So I would definitely need my Italia jersey, a great pair of jeans, mint green wedges so I can see above the crazy hats in front of me, a pretty headband, and this amazing trench cardigan because it is winter in South Africa!

Cors has figured out that the people on TV are playing with a ball, his most favorite toy ever! He runs to the TV and watches, 101 Dalmatians-style, whenever the ball gets a close up. I love him!
