This morning I woke up to a thunderstorm and the smells of apple, cinnamon and nutmeg (thanks to the pie I made last night!). It was the perfect “sleeping in” kind morning. I had the hardest time dragging myself away from my comfy, flannel sheets.

christmas lights do so much for making places cozy! I’m thinking of stringing some in my guest room.
Right now, all my focus when it comes to the house is preparing for Baby… and it is so fun!! It is a delightful excuse to re-arrange every room, and make things extra-cutesy :)
Other than that, nothing says cozy like some hot cocoa in my favorite mug, with a soft blanket over my lap! It’s one of the best parts of this cooler weather, in my opinion :)
