I spent the morning doing a little spring cleaning, which mostly meant washing walls and trying to keep a certain pup out of the soapy water. Harder than it sounds! It was misty all morning and now, believe it or not, it is actually snowing! Snowing! I went out for provisions and now I’m staying cozy inside with almond clusters and an armful of flowers.
Seven dollars worth of flowers went further than I thought it would in the shop so I had some fun playing at flower arranging.
I’m heading out soon to see Born to Be Wild and to get something warm to drink with a pal.
Tonight I’ll probably pop in one of my favorite rainy/snowy day movies (probably Brideshead Revisited but maybe Bright Star) and bake a chicken pie. It just seems like the thing to do!
