Oops, I’m in California and I keep forgetting to blog. I’m going to blame it on the sunshine.
So today I thought I’d share an adventure from our first day. We left our house at 3am on Wednesday and stepped off the plane at 11am California time. Joel’s parents picked us up and we drove to downtown LA to The Getty. It’s this stunning museum and gardens. I want to live there!
It was a bright, sunny, windy day so we stopped for a coffee on one of the verandas.

You’re almost in my backyard Jessica! I’m down in Orange County, but go up to LA pretty regularly (grew up there too). Hope you’re having a great time so far. The weather has been just about perfect, so you picked a good time to visit.
