Saturday, I had a whole day at home with nothing I had to do, just lots of things I wanted to do. It was so wonderful! In the morning I tidied up and Cors played in the garden while I yanked weeds and re-potted a few plants.
In the afternoon, I made a pot of coffee and put on An Education and finished up a bunch of projects that have been stuck in “to do” mode. One of the easiest was packing up a little birthday surprise for a friend.
Outside: Brown tissue paper, pink ribbon and a silver button.
Inside: A pretty Paper Rifle Co. card, kitty sticky notes and a little black cat pen.
Now this little package is on its way to Nashville. It feel good to get things done!
