Last night as I finally submitted my last piece of homework for my construction class (for this week anyway), made hot cocoa and sat down to watch the premier of the second season of Downton Abbey , I promised myself not to get too busy and hurried and miss out on my favorite season of all.
I’ve been a little bit overwhelmed with schoolwork and life lately, but I’ve reworked my schedule and I think I have a pretty good plan. I also made a list of things I hope to do this autumn. I like goals and things to look forward to!
A few fall-ish things I like:
A cozy jacket, a delicate leaf necklace, a sturdy rucksack for adventuring, a pretty kettle for warm drinks, a good book and a pair of cute shoes.
My Wishes for Fall:
-Read one book just for fun.
-A coffee date with a new friend.
-Knit Christmas presents (for real this year!).
-Celebrate Joel’s birthday with lots of fun and adventures!
-Take Cors to a doggy-friendly beach before it gets too cold.
-Alter my plaid skirt so I can wear it all the time.
