The campus where I work is empty of students and the quiet seems especially suited to reading and knitting and drinking coffee, which is just what I do on my lunch breaks. Right now I’m reading one of the books I got for Christmas, Brideshead Revisited. I’ve been wanting to read it for quite sometime,
and I am working on lacy cowl in my Williamsburg orange wool. I love how this wool looks in the sunlight!
I’m using a nice simple, repeative little lace stitch with a bit of ribbing and I think it’s knitting up quite nicely. I’ll have a pattern post about it to share in a week or so.
