Thanks to Nylon’s twitter I found out that Burberry was streaming its Fall 2010 show yesterday. I sat by my computer in anticipation. I was so excited! I love Burberry for their British cool and the show did not disappoint! Beautiful coats and gorgeous colors! I couldn’t take my eyes off of one coat in particular (maybe the buttons hypnotized me) and I had to build an outfit around it!

Tweed always seems a bit fall-ish to me, but it also makes me think of the outdoors and after so many winter days inside, a little outdoorsiness sounds kind of nice.

Rainy October nights are so perfect for curling up with a favorite novel and a plate of cookies. I’ve been rereading Sense and Sensibility and I thought that would be a perfect theme for today’s outfit post! And so, here is what I think a modern Marianne Dashwood might wear:

How adorable are these velvet lined ballet flats? They would be so perfect for the coffee shop! And I love this amazing little ring and stunning bracelet for completing the outfit.

Is it a bit early to be thinking of Halloween outfits?  I saw pumpkins at the grocery store yesterday, so I think not!  I’m loving foxes right now!
